We’ll create a shared spreadsheet that outlines all of the important items for your day such as a vendor contact list, a budget tracker, and most importantly a list of all the “to-do’s” that come with wedding planning. We’ll also help you set realistic and manageable deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks!

  • Vendor selection assistance

    Outside of your venue and your dress (or suit!), your vendors will have the biggest impact on your day. We’ll help guide you in deciding what vendors you do and do not need, who you’re going to click best with, and who will fit within your budget all while still giving you results that exceed your expectations. We’ve gotten to work with some of the best in the biz, so we’re confident we’ll partner you with vendors you’ll love!

  • To Do List Management

    Remember that spreadsheet we were talking about? We’ll oversee which tasks need to be prioritized and which can wait AND we’ll remind you what needs to happen and when. We’ll also keep track of what’s already been accomplished so we can celebrate checking things off your list!

  • Day of Timeline Creation

    You’ve planned for months - maybe even YEARS - and now it’s finally time to celebrate. Having a detailed timeline ensures that all of your hard work doesn’t go to waste and keeps everyone from vendors to bridal party on the same page about what’s happening and when so you’re no one is left wondering where they should be or what they should be doing.

  • Custom Mood Board

    Here at Save the Date we love a good mood board because it sets the tone for your day and helps make sure that all of the people working to make your day perfect have the same goal in mind! Plus, it’s nice to look at to remind you what all of your hard work is for!

  • Guidance with Floor Plan

    A floor plan is more than just tables and chairs - it’s another aspect that could make our break you and your guests’ experience! We’ll help you think through all of the logistics - ease of dinner service, traffic flow by the bar, accommodating guests with accessibility needs, etc. all while keeping the design of the space in mind.

  • Guidance with Linen Selection

    Black and white linens are stunning, modern, and chic. Until Uncle Bert spills Pinot Noire all over his table. We’ve seen every color combination and fabric texture imaginable, so we’ll give practical advice when it comes to your linen selection while supporting the overall design of your day.

  • Event Management

    This may be the most valuable aspect of any of our packages. We’ll create a detailed timeline and run the show at your rehearsal and on wedding day so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment with your loved ones!

  • Unlimited Communication with Planner

    In person. Over the phone. Via Zoom. Whatever works best for you and your schedules! In addition to monthly email checkins, we can schedule as many meetings as needed to touch base, go over your to do list, and make a plan of action for moving forward to help keep everyone on track!
